If you are dissatisfied with your product, contact us by phone or email within 30-days of purchase. Let us know the reason the product did not meet your expectations, the date you received the product, your contact information and if you would like a refund or replacement.
Some items will have to be returned before a refund can be processed.
Some Sunflower Farm items are extremely hot. Products cannot be returned because they are too hot.
